We then design the appropriate
tooling with the latest CAD/CAM programs to ensure
quality and avoid needles cost. Injection,
transfer, and compression molding designs are some of
the methods considered at the design stage. The
result is the most accurate and cost-effective quote we
can offer our customers.
Once the product is released for
production, our in-house tool shop then uses CNC
technology to build molds requiring minimal upkeep and
providing a long life, which translates into lower
long-term costs. Throughout the manufacturing
cycle, we follow up with constant in-process inspections
as required by our quality system, designed to meet ISO
9001-2000 standards. Upon final inspection
approval, the products are packaged and shipped from our
location in the heart of the country, which is ideal for
reducing and controlling our customers' shipping costs.
As an added service we can drop ship orders to avoid
unnecessary double shipping costs. Every step has
been designed to lower the cost to our customers while
